Drug Testing (DOT & Non-DOT)

• Urine specimens only
• Certified lab processing
• Standard 5-panel test (DOT): THC, cocaine, PCP, amphetamines/methamphetamines, opiates
• Standard 10-panel test (Non-DOT): Amphetamines (AMP), Methamphetamines (mAMP), Cocaine (COC), Marijuana (THC), Opiates (OPI: codeine, morphine), Phencyclidine (PCP), Benzodiazepines (BZO), Barbiturates (BAR), Methadone (MTD), Propoxyphene (PPX)
• Results in 3–5 business days

Alcohol Testing

• DOT & non-DOT testing with DOT-approved devices (Breathalyzer testing)
• Pre-employment, random, post-accident, reasonable suspicion
• Same-day results, confidential reporting

DOT Physicals

• Medical history review
• Comprehensive physical exam (eyes, ears, heart, lungs, abdomen, musculoskeletal, neurological)
• Vision & hearing tests
• Blood pressure & pulse check
• Urinalysis for diabetes/kidney disease

Pre-Employment Physicals

• Vital signs, vision, hearing, musculoskeletal checks
• Functional capacity evaluation (as needed)

Sports Physicals

• Medical history review
• Full physical exam & clearance note

Camp & School Physicals

• Health check, immunization review
• Completion of required forms

TB Testing

• Placement & reading within 48–72 hours
